scenario #4-10 has free candy(1st time is FREE) and delicious cookies(probably like those Keebler sugar wafers made by tiny elves...).

hmmm... romantic love dosn't seem to be a topic that any scenario took on. PCs tend to be combative and so the tasks tend to run along those lines.
Romantic love isn't really modelled in the game, there's no skill or feat for it other than a +1 to 2 bonus with characters that might be attracted to a character with a specific trait or feat.
Thus we get the humorously snarky responses.
4-09 Blakros Matrimony, 0-27 Our Lady of Silver... weddings... that tend to go sideways and Pathfinders help out. Apparently there's a scene in the Kingmaker AP... So that's probably the most on topic.

9-03 On the Border of War has a minor side story that involves romantic love. Though it is a very small part of the actual scenario, and something you would have to embellish in roleplaying the NPCs involved.
