Can a Cleric deliver a touch spell through a staff

Rules Questions

I have a player asking if they can have a staff that they can deliver touch spells through. Is there an existing rule/mechanism to allow this?

Silver Crusade

It can be done with a conductive weapon, or through a certain Magus dip.

Blessed Hammer is in the neighborhood.

If you're just asking for house rule advice, delivering friendly spells to allies by using a non-reach weapon shouldn't be worth much. It's barely even worth a trait.

Sovereign Court

Conductive would be Spell-like or Supernatural, not spells.
Blessed Hammer is close, except it is with a warhammer instead of a staff.

Thanks for pointing that out. We are new to pathfinder and coming from a homebrew 3.0 where the quarterstaff has reach. Oh those subtle difference are going to kick my arse.

Conductive was what I was looking for. While it is exactly what the player wants to do. It does answer my suspicion that it would have to be a magical item.
