Honestly the Kinetisist mechanics are very different than other classes. Nothing they do is a 'spell' and their blasts aren't a 'weapon' so it wouldn't work out by the rules.
But then again Gestalt is a 3.5 option, not a pathfinder thing anyways so you're already homebrew as it is. With GM permission things could work like this:
Treat the Kinetisist abilities like a weapon as far as Magus abilities are concerned. So you can make melee kinetisist attacks and use spell combat to get an extra melee attack + magus spell off, or you could do your normal melee kinetisist stuff plus throw a magus spell, or you could just do a normal kinetisist blast.
If you went one of the archetyles that let you do ranged touch attacks with a ranged weapon (Eldritch Archer) then you should be able to do a ranged blast + ranged blast/ranged touch spell each round (with the appropriate penalties). That would make you an extreme blaster class.
The melee type would probably work well with one of the Kinetisist archetypes that make you a melee type.
And you might want to look into an appropriate weapon with the Channel special property.

I'm sure it's viable, but the best way to play one is basically to use ONLY those kinny abilities that are activated outside combat (such as elemental defense, wings of air, or TK Haul if your GM allows creative tricks). That's because you can't use the Magus's Spell Combat in combination with Kinetic Blasts or any combat talent, and spell combat is simply the better of the two.

Kinetic Whip and Kinetic Blade both explicitly manifest a weapon, but they do so as a standard action that can't be combined with Spell Combat's full-round action (and disappear by the start of your next turn).
You can use your Arcane Pool to enhance your Kinetic Blade or Kinetic Whip, but otherwise, these have very little synergy in-combat and you could get just as much from Kineticist VMC Magus.

Well the kinetic blast would work with conductive weapon. So you could Spell Combat with a ranged Magus and deal Kinetic Blast damage (or substance effect).
I doubt melee would work, but for home games you could ask to let Kinetic Knight work.
For treating Kinetic Blasts as your main weapon, it would probably be best to use Elemental Annihilator. The reason being that they get bonus feats, and you can TWF with them.
One other option is maybe to use Skirnir or Armored Battlemage for thematic (and having to deal less with Spell Combat). This however is probably very sub optimal and so should be done with caution.
