This build starts, as the title says, by making use of the two weapon fighting chain AND the startoss chain. It, hypothetically, makes use of this by way of the ricochet toss (RT) feat, and I just want to make sure that this is a valid method and determine (hopefully by RAW) what the penalties and benefits would be if this method is valid.
For the purpose of this hypothesis, im assuming ~level 11, access to imp. twf, full startoss chain to examine how the method operates. Additionally, only one weapon ( a chakram for example) will be used.
At the start of combat, swift action: enter startoss style and make a full attack against a foe within 1st range increment.
Make the first main hand attack, weapon returns via RT, second main hand attack and returns via RT, and potentially third main hand returns via RT. These attacks gain the +6 to damage from the startoss line of feats and will take the penatly to attack from the two weapon fighting line (-2, as the off hand weapon is unarmed strike, for now(?)).
Switch the weapon from main hand to off hand as a free action, and repeat the process for the two off hand attacks. These attacks obviously take the twf penalty (-2, I think as the main hand is an unarmed strike for these attacks, -4 if considering the main hand a chakram from earlier). But do the off hand attacks qualify for the startoss damage boost?
Links, and a build can be provided/made if needed.

First the part I'm certain of: startoss style clearly states that it can't be used when you're wielding a weapon in your off hand. When you start making attacks with a weapon in your off hand, game's up. Whether that means startoss style is turned off or somehow suppressed I'm not sure. Also you have to make attacks from highest BAB to lowest (your choice when equal is implied), you can't skip the first off hand attack to make all the main hand attacks.
I'm fairly sure that TWF penalties apply from the start. You can't make the main hand attacks without penalties, then switch to using TWF when you start using the off hand.

If you wield a second weapon in your off hand, you can get one extra attack per round with that weapon.
So if you start a full attack action you get an attack with the weapon wielded in the second hand. That means you need to make your attack action with whatever weapon is in each hand at the start of that action. Also you figure out your penalties for the round based on what weapons you are holding at the start of the action, plus all other modifiers you're going to use. You don't get to start or stop applying feats midway through the action.
Now strangely due to the wording of Startoss Style if you really did intend to hit something with your empty off hand you get the damage bonus to the thrown attacks from your primary hand. That means you make throws and unarmed attacks.
If you want to throw weapons from both hands, you need to start with weapons in both hands and you don't get to apply startoss style because your off hand isn't empty.
That also means you can't use two handed throwing because the off hand isn't empty for that too.
If you really felt like it you could throw with your primary hand, then as a free action switch the chakrum to your off hand...but you wouldn't get any additional attacks.
Also as Avr said, you are suppose to take all of your attacks from best to worst, so it should be primary/off hand/itterative 1/ itterative 2 with the same conditions and circumstances applied to all attacks, like TWF mods.
