So I've been away a while, and noticed I've somehow gone from a 4-star GM to a 1-star GM. I'm still showing over 100 tables of credit, and I did hit the "refresh points" button as a friend suggested, but no change.
Anyone else have this problem?

If it's been a while, there was an issue after the website update. I lost some stars for a while. It corrected itself the next time I was reported as a GM for a game. I believe others had a similar experience. For me, it was still showing the correct number of games GMed. It just wasn't showing the stars.
I'm still not showing stars correctly either last time I looked, but my count does correctly show over 100 games run.
Yeah I also briefly lost my stars after the website got updated, but I contacted customer service and they sorted it out.
Seems like just this week I lost a star for my 80 tables of credit. I was shooting to get to 100 at GenCon too. I guess I've been a bad boy.

I can see the GM stars in my Organized Play webpage, but it not show next to my name in PFS part of the Forum.
Hasn't shown properly for years, now.
It's just not a priority for the web team.
I think mine are working.

Pretty sure it's a Grand Lodge faction symbol from 1e. As far as I recall, no glyphs have ever shown on the website.

I agree, the GM reward mechanics are way too OP and need to be reigned in. I mean adding...
