What is your favorite combo of abilities interaction in the game?

Pathfinder First Edition General Discussion

I really like Slow Time of Monk of the Four Winds combining with Mighty Strikes of Heritor Knight, and Greater Vital Strike of course.

Any melee attack done as a standard action getting the effects of Greater Vital Strike, and having three standard actions a round is pretty good imo.

Speaking of Heritor Knight, its Mighty Strikes feature combos pretty well with Iomedae's Divine Fighting Technique. Specifically, the latter one - your vital strikes can be used to buff all of your allies for essentially every fight that they're in.

I'd say Coordinated Charge and pounce.

Coordinated Charge:
You are an expert at leading your allies into the fray.

Prerequisites: You have at least two other teamwork feats, base attack bonus +10.

Benefit: When an ally with this feat charges a creature that is no further away from you than your speed, you can, as an immediate action, charge that creature. You must be able to follow all of the normal charge rules.

Immediate action charge means immediate action full-attack, which means two dead enemies per round instead of one.

I'm also a fan of Coordinated Charge and Wheeling Charge.

Wheeling Charge:
Your mount moves with ease across battlefields.

Prerequisites: Mounted Combat, Ride-By Attack, Ride 5 ranks, Lastwall affinity.

Benefit: When you are mounted and use the charge action, your mount can make one turn of up to 90 degrees as part of the move, as long as each part of the move is at least 10 feet. You may make an attack during any part of this move. Your total movement for the round can’t exceed double your mounted speed. Allied creatures do not impede your charge, though you cannot attack from or end your move in an ally’s space.

Normal: You cannot turn when making a charge.

Since Ride-By Attack is a prerequisite, you can easily charge and then set your mount in a position to charge again. Then both you and the mount trigger Coordinated Charge to charge again.
It's basically a no-brainer on Cavaliers, as you double your damage dealt.
