Hello there!
I have been pondering on this simple concept; how to be a one man band or orchestra. I would prefere to do it with a skald, mostly so i can be metal and use that axe, while voiceing my intention of rebellion among the youth.
Is there any feats or features, that would allow for a skald to benefit for two or more kinds of perform, without spending to many skill points into the different options?
If there is no way, then what spells, would be a good thing to help out? If possible, wanna make sure to make it grand! That means, lots of color, fire, whatever magic to entertain and also be the greatest musician of them all!

The versatile performance class feature means that skill points spent on more than one kind of performance aren't necessarily wasted. At 2nd, 7th, 12th and 17th levels you choose a performance skill and get to substitute it for a couple of other skills.
If you want to use a couple of different performances at once then the shadowbard spell can help.
Most if not all you want can be done with the cantrip Ghost Sound. The volume created is equal to 4 humans per level to a maximum of 40 humans. Any sound can be created up as long it is within the volume of the spell. This does not give any game benefit but it will allow you to create some truly great performances.
Once you get Major Image you can use that to add special effects to your performance. Basically you can create the equivalent to a music video without the need for any technology.
As avr pointed out putting points into performance is not a waste.

Also, if you put harmonizing on your armor you can literally become a one man band.
There is a spell shadow bard, that actually allows you to use 2 performances at once, there is another spell that can do something similar in the bard spell list, but I can't get it's name...
