The Current Theme is that the PC is a ratfolk but in truth, he's a ysoki who's coming along the starship that's fallen from space. He has some knowledge with tech gun but is hardwired to never become more knowledgeable about him due to multiple high tier Technic League's memory alter magic that he needs to overcome throughout the AP.
As for the class, I'm thinking of creating a Gunslinger 1/X Pure or Off divine spellcaster class. The party doesn't have a tech gun user or healer atm but they said I should play any class I want despite the fact that Paizo AP would beg otherwise. I can make my ratfolk under 25 Point Buy with two traits, one of which must be a campaign trait, and start off at level 3.
Thank you for all your help in advance.
Regards,
Hiwamari.

One of the weaknesses of Tech weapons is a lack of bonus damage. Taking Techslinger to 5th level will let you add dex to damage for one specific tech weapon.
If you don't mind making a very dedicated character, you could make a Spellslinger and advance to become a Technomancer at 6th. Not exactly a healer, but if your group is lacking a dedicated crafter this is the person that would understand tech best and will use any tech firearm to throw spells with.
If you go Cleric, Brigh fits remarkably well.

Iron Priest is obviously tailor-made for the AP, but that might be kinda boring.
Can I give you a really interesting suggestion? Warsighted Oracle. Exotic Weapon Proficiency is a combat feat, meaning you can take it as a move action 4 times per day right off the bat (assuming you will even encounter tech weapons as early as level 3)...and if you choose the Nature Mystery, you can get a touch attack that does serious damage against constructs. You also can get 1) CHA to AC and CMD and 2) an animal companion. 25 points is MORE than enough for pretty much ANY build. Take the Elemental Imbalance curse to gain some interesting spells could be fun as well.

Which Domains are you suggest that I should take as Cleric of Brigh, assuming that I may either playing a ratfolk or a tengu.
From what I see it, we are lacking dedicate gunner and healer atm.

If you are a cleric of Brigh that is interested in technology then Artifice is a safe bet. For the Iron Gods campaign the Fire domain is very beneficial, though there is a good argument for Earth/metal and Knowledge/thought. Overall I'd say that Artifice and Fire are the 2 best domains for a Brigh cleric in this AP.
Umm...as long as you are thinking about possibly being flexible on the race I'd highly encourage you to make a medium sized creature. The rather unfortunate fact of the matter is that almost all of the loot in the AP is for medium sized creatures.
One thing to consider is a Brigh cleric gets access to a bunch of construct and repair spells beyond what a normal cleric does. Make Whole/Mending/Soothe Construct are all spells you can spontaneously cast instead of needing to prepare them.
The last consideration would be if you want to do any crafting. If you choose to do Tech that means several feats and the appropriate skills. If you decide to do magic crafting (someone should) that means less feats and Spellcraft maxed out. Trying to do both Tech and Magic crafting on one character is probably a bad idea. In the long run Enchanting tech is the only way to make it better than magic items. Putting magic on ranged touch weapons that focus on damage rather than simple +1 to hit and damage is a good strategy. A +1 Flaming Holy Bane laser will probably perform better than a +5 laser (for the same cost). Might want to put Seeking on either pistol as well.
