I looked and couldn't find an answer to the following.
In the Core Campaign, my wizard gets access to a spell book with Ant Haul in it. As was specified in a blog the wizard can pay to put this spell into his spell book and the fact that he did this is written on the chronicle sheet.
To be very explicit, there is NOT a scroll of Ant Haul on the chronicle sheet.
Can the wizard now purchase scrolls of Ant Haul? They're a spell on his chronicle sheet so I think maybe yes. But its really unclear to me.
If he CAN buy that scroll, can he lend the scroll to his cleric friend to cast?
Can that cleric friend then use that scroll to ALSO learn Ant Haul?
If the character is a Wizard/Cleric multiclass character, can he have his OWN character use that scroll to learn Ant Haul as a cleric?

These are all just my opinions.

1) Can the wizard now purchase scrolls of Ant Haul? They're a spell on his chronicle sheet so I think maybe yes. But its really unclear to me.
2) If he CAN buy that scroll, can he lend the scroll to his cleric friend to cast?
3) Can that cleric friend then use that scroll to ALSO learn Ant Haul?
4) If the character is a Wizard/Cleric multiclass character, can he have his OWN character use that scroll to learn Ant Haul as a cleric?
{numbering added}
1) yes.
2) a) lend it out during a game? yes
2) b) Can the cleric cast it? As Ant Haul is on the cleric/oracle spell list, yes. Now he just needs the primary casting ability score to do it, etc.
3) no. Only the character in the scenario got a pass to learn the spell. In some ways it is similar to how racial spells are handled. Similarly, a wizard at your table could not learn the non-CORE spell from your CORE wizard.
4) provisory no. Clerics pray for spells and I believe the gods only grant CORE spells and no workaround has been defined for divine casters. Page of Spell Knowledge is non-CORE. When you play CORE you understand that it is about limiting options and choices for a simpler game.
IF a wizard could learn it from a scroll bought from an NPC then there would be no need for the "find it in an adventure" criteria. Besides, learning (CORE spells) from a wizard with access for only half the scribe cost IS Core, no need to use scrolls. see CRB pg 219, 2nd column, 3rd paragraph.
In most cases, wizards charge a fee for the privilege of copying spells from their spellbooks. This fee is usually equal to half the cost to write the spell into a spellbook...

The blog post that Paul links says that in Core, non-Wizard casters can add spells to their class spell list with scrolls.
Other PCs able to cast spells—spontaneously or from a divine spell list that does not depend on a spellbook—can learn spells they find in scroll form so long as they buy the scroll and expend it to add the spell to her list of legal spells; spontaneous spellcasters must still expend known spell slots in order to learn the spell. These PCs cannot learn non-Core spells from spellbooks.

excellent - and an old blog post from 2014... this is why rules should be in the Campaign Clarifications.
'they find in scroll form' implies that they find the spell in scroll form while adventuring. Not learn it from a book as a wizard, buy it from an NPC as a scroll, then expend the scroll to learn it as a cleric. It's a bit draconian.
Honestly, I think the intent was to allow Characters to learn spells they find in an adventure. They didn't think about multiclassed characters who had the spell on both classes.
My advice is to talk to your Venture Captain. See what he thinks and is within the rules for PFS. Your VC may have you spend the gold for a scroll to meet the requirements or say that's just silly for this corner case. If he agrees that it's sensible and within the rules then he will sign off on it. Don't forget to print out the blog post or send the link and the highlighted text to your VC.
