Can a bane weapon be (just giving examples):
Bane - posion using creatures
Bane - crfeatures immune to poison
Bane - creatures immune to Fire (Red Dragons/elementals/salamanders)

Because I've seen Bane - Aspis Consortium Agents in a Season 6 module.

A bane weapon excels against certain foes. Against a designated foe, the weapon’s enhancement bonus is +2 better than its actual bonus. It also deals an extra 2d6 points of damage against such foes. To randomly determine a weapon’s designated foe, roll on the following table.

d% Designated Foe
01—05 Aberrations
06—09 Animals
10—16 Constructs
17—22 Dragons
23—27 Fey
28—60 Humanoids (pick one subtype)
61—65 Magical beasts
66—70 Monstrous humanoids
71—72 Oozes
73—88 Outsiders (pick one subtype)
89—90 Plants
91—98 Undead
99—100 Vermin

the Aspis one is a specific unique variant. you cant make a bane anyone in a red shirt or anyone using a weapon with 2 or more syllables

GMs (authors and developers only, in the case of PFS) can make any kind of bane weapon they want. As a PFS player you are limited to the types called out in the property’s description or unique options available only from a chronicle sheet.

Once had a 7th-level inquisitor player flub the knowledge check to identify a creature. He attempted to use his class ability to bane “creatures that look exactly like that thing right there.” Amusing, but not legal.

I really wanted to blow my one use of Mythic power from [redacted] to pull off a Mythic Arcane strike - demon bane on a really big bad guy in the Season 5 multitable special. Sadly, the boss hit the floor too fast.

You have to pick a type (and a subtype for outsiders and humanoids). However, you can sometimes find unique magic weapons that have a bane against different or more specific foes.

On a similar note, I know that you can get Fire/Frost on a weapon as a +1 enchantment, which will give the arm an additional 1d6 of damage of the specified type. Can you take Fire/Frost as a +2 enchantment for an additional 2d6 damage?

Not in PFS, that may be a home game option though. You can take Flaming Burst, which gives you +1d6 fire and when you crit you gain an additional +1d10 of fire. If you want the 2d6, that's Holy, Axiomatic, Anarchic, or (Not in PFS) Unholy.

I think he means can you have fire and frost on the same weapon; and if he does the answer is "yes". (Though it would be equivalent to a +3 weapon, allowing for the required +1 base.)
