I am looking for a Pathfinder equivalent of deadites from the Evil Dead/Ash vs The Evil Dead series.
I saw them somewhere in a pathfinder book but I can't remember what they were called or whether it was a supplement, bestiary, adventure path, or module. They were obviously inspired by deadites however.
The had the following features:
- undead
- climb speed
- intelligent, free-willed
- claws
- humanoid shaped
Can anybody help find it?
There was a ghoul subrace IIRC

Ghuls aren't from Evil Dead but they sound like they meet your criteria. Bestiary 3.
Maybe you're talking about Vetala Vampire from Inner Sea Bestiary? They possess all the qualities you listed, they prey on human mind rather than blood, and they possess corpses. Although.. I have never seen Evil Dead, and only took a short glance on the wiki, but the vetalas don't give me the same vibe as deadites. Either way, you can definitely use vetala as a base, and switch some of its supernatural abilities for greater speed and alter self SLA.
