I was just doing some reading, and it says I must have a hand free in order to perform a trip or disarm combat manuever. Does this mean I can't use a spiked chain to disarm/trip? :(

It says beside the Spoken Chain weapon quality it can trip and disarm that is why I am confused because it is two handed.
