If I am casting a spell with a somatic component the answer is obviously 1.
But what If I cast a spell with 2 somatic components?
Cast a spell with somatic and material components?
Cast a spell with a focus (divine or primal) and a somatic component?
Cast a spell using a spell duelist wand using any of the above actions?

Casting actions happen one at a time, because they're actions, so one hand can handle any number of somatic/material components.
If you're using a divine/primal focus you don't need a free hand to do somatic or material components. See Material Casting and Somatic Casting on pages 195-196.
Any wand (or staff) can be used for somatic components. You'll need a second hand to do material components (if you can't convert them to somatics) or hold a divine/primal focus (which would obviate the need for any other material components, so you never need three hands).
