Concentration and Unconscious

Skills, Feats, Equipment & Spells

I just want to clarify something, and it may be silly but I'm trying to interpret the rules as written. Does a spell that requires concentration end when the caster falls unconscious?

- Concentration (p 196) says it lasts until the END of your next turn unless you spend an action to Concentrate on a Spell.

- The concentrate action (p 197) says you can't be fatigued. And the last sentence says "If you take damage equal to or greater than your level from a reaction or free action triggered by this action, your spell is disrupted and immediately dismissed."

- The new Dying rules and Unconscious descriptions in the errata document don't mention anything about ending concentration.

So it seems that a character can have a concentration spell active...get knocked unconscious by an enemy attack...and be brought back (through healing or a Hero Point) before their next turn. Then they spend another action to continue concentrating. Does that sound right, or am I missing something obvious? Thanks.
