Pirate feats should be written in a way to be useful for sky pirates desert skimmer pirates and magical ethereal plane void whale pirates.

Change the "ship" and "boat" to "vehicle".

Playtest dude, playtest. Give it a year and see how things go.

Besides, the things you've described sound like they would be awesome archetypes on their own. But would also require very different skills given the different means of traveling.
