Simulacradust?

Greetings everyone

I was just wondering, Simulacrum is a very powerful Illusion spell.
Can it simply be dispelled with the level 3 or 4 Dispel Magic?

If so,I hope it fools whoever sees it, otherwise, what a waste of money!

No, you cannot use Dispel Magic on Simulacrum. Simulacrum has a duration of Instantaneous, which Dispel Magic is unable to affect.

No. The spell has a duration of "instantaneous" and creates a Creature, not a spell effect. There is nothing to dispel.
