+1 Training (Exotic Weapon Proficiency (same as weapon)) Exotic Weapon is an awesome concept.

Say you have a +1 Training (Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Bastard Sword)) Bastard Sword. No matter who picks up this specific Bastard Sword, they can wield it in one hand, because they are automatically proficient in using it. Might not be 100% optimal, since you’re spending money on a proficiency feat, when you could be using it on any other combat feat or even just a different enchantment or magic item, but for character concepts where a person just instantly picks up learning how to use a weapon that is an exotic weapon in Pathfinder, this could be a nice way of representing that.

if you're a fighter, then you could just use a cracked Opalescent White Pyramid instead for the exotic weapon of your choice. It would be a much cheaper way to go since it wouldn't cost you a +1 enchantment.
