So, I was thinking of making a Mutagen focused alchemist, Built for melee from the start who mostly uses his mutagen in battle, But ocasionaly uses bombs and extracts for buffs or extra damage. Now I wonder if I should go full Alchemist, Or throw in a few levels of Master Chymist, And if so, How many loevels of Master Chymist.

1 to 3 Master levels can be enough, and likely most often is.
1 for the two "free" form changes, 3 for the brutality.
More than that may end up costing you too much.
Some of the advanced mutagens are good, but so are the discoveries regular alchemists get, and those aren't limited to mutagen stuff. Plus there's a lot more to choose from.

In a normal adventuring day you're not too likely to be able to sit down for an hour in order to brew a new mutagen. This makes the mutagen, for the most part, a 1/day buff. A single level in Master makes it 3/day and that's great. I definitely think it's worth at least one level since you don't get persistent mutagen until Alchemist 14. I wouldn't recommend going to Master Chymist 4+ since you lose out so much from extract levels

I would say that you might be able to get a couple more brews in during an adventuring day... but yeah, having a reserve of spontaneous use mutagen you don't have to prepare is great.
Just having 1 morning brew, 1 'lunch break brew', and the 2 spontaneous brews... that would be enough to cover pretty much every fight you could expect to have during a day. Mutagens are 10/level, and you get more than an hour duration per use before you can even qualify for master chemyst.

I mean sure, but then you're not enjoying your lunch break!
Unless you're in a setting where the game passes time quickly, your character shouldn't necessarily be able to expect the time to brew a second mutagen in the middle of the day, especially if they're hot on the trail of whatever it is your party is doing.
