I have a few points of concern regarding tables I ran and then were reported (or not) at PaizoCon 2018.
When I attempted to click 'Report a problem', I got a horribly long error message and something about it not being a Win32 thing.
Who is the point of contact I should be reaching out to?
Thank you very much for your time in advance!

I'm not getting that error when I click on 'Report a Problem' for PaizoCon events, it might be your system. I get an e-mail pop to e-mail pfsreportingerrors@paizo.com
As far as the parenthetical (or not) is concerned, it looks like I currently have 5 of 6 tables I ran reported, I'm not sure if its something to worry about yet, but it would be nice to know if PaizoCon has been completely reported to know if or when we should start bugging people about missing tables.

Of the sheets not reported when Paizocon finished, I took 1/2 the unfinished sheets and Louis took the rest. My unfinished sheets are finished (and have been for a week now).
If you have an error with your Sunday night special, I probably have your sheet. Aside from that, I'll direct Louis to this thread.

i have not yet had time to enter the sheets I had from Paizocon. I will be doing so in the next two days. My apologies for the late reporting.
Louis, i was reported having GM'd three tables overnight- when i only GM'd two. Should i have one removed?
also, i am currently missing one SFS session- Star Sugar Heart Love, saturday morning

I am missing credit for May 25th, #9-16: Fallen Family, Broken Name. I believe that Bret is still missing two of the tables he ran (they were both Starfinder, though I’ll have him post the scenario numbers.)
Thanks for looking into this.
Hmm
I'm also missing credit for GMing 8-99C at Paizo Con. I know everyone who was at my table, so I should be able to resurrect that reporting slip... I'm just surprised that it has taken so long for this to happen.

I have games I both GMed and played at PaizoCon two years ago that are still unreported. I have Chronicles for all of them, though, so I just don’t sweat it. Given all the threads about unreported convention games I’ve see here over the years, I just don’t think reporting 100% of games is an obtainable goal. Something to strive for? Certainly. Something we should expect? Of course. In reality, though? I’m just not going to worry about it anymore.

Everything that was turned in to Louis and I has been reported as of July 25th. So if you have a session that is not showing up, it won't be unless it gets added.
Reasons why they would not show up:
1. Your reporting sheet was physically lost and was never entered. There are many people your sheet is touched by before it gets entered, things get lost.
2. Your reporting sheet was illegible (less of these this year than previous ones, but still a possibility) and was entered incorrectly.
3. The person reporting your sheet had faulty eyes, and entered your sheet incorrectly.
4. The person reporting your sheet had faulty fingers, and entered your sheet incorrectly.
5. The Paizo website monster ate your entry.
As I'm sure many of you know, if you have the physical chronicle sheet, your game is 100% valid. You don't *need* it to be reported online unless you are missing specials/games for your GM stars, or you are fearful of not having an online back up.
That said, I can still add sessions people are missing.
Post the following:
1. GM PFS # and Character # (if getting credit)
2. Game you ran
3. Date you ran it on
I will add sessions for the people that post with the above information. And yes, I need your PFS # (I cannot look up your PFS # from your name).

Thank you, Walter.
I really appreicate you fixing this. I'm starting with three tables that I know were not applied to any characters. We'll likely add Bret's missing SFS table and my special back in later today. I need to know which character he applied his chronicle to, and I still have to track down the numbers for two of the players from my special.
Organized Play at Paizo Con 2017, Event #151612.
1. GM #141981 (GM BretI)
2. Academy Advanced

Walter,
Hilary has already mentioned the PSA slots from PaizoCon 2017 that I ran.
PaizoCon 2018
GM BretI, 141981-701
SFS #1-15 Save the Renkrodas
May 26th, Saturday morning slot
No reporting boxes marked
Sorry, I do not have any of the player information. I did not take a picture of the slip.
I know it was legible because I remember the person at Registration reviewing it and pointing out I had forgotten the reporting boxes. That is where I learned that some locations cross out all the boxes to indicate no boxes checked.

Walter,
As I mentioned here above I am missing a credit, also from the Saturday morning.
PFS # 151562 (no character credit)
#9-21, In the Grandmaster's Name
Saturday 26 May 2018, 0800 slot
I don't have player names or numbers. Next year I'm going to take pix of the sheets at turn-in as a backup.
Thanks for closing this out.

I somehow ended up with a 'double' play credit for the same character for tables 96 and 133
Wei Ji the Learner
PFS#145296
Character (In both instances) Kiylee Boughdancer Exo Guardians 145296-704
I played it on the overnight after the trivia contest (Very early Sunday morning) if that helps?
Also, Table 9 should be credited to 145296-30, not -28 (that may have been a GM error when I ran it).
Thank you very much for taking a look at this.

Thanks Walter!
For my missing session I wasn't a GM, but a player, as was my son in the same game. Neither of us have credit for the game, so I will list both of us here.
1) The GM was PFS# 41542 (David M, who was amazing!)
Our PFS numbers are:
Me: 207809-1 ("Hargrim", Grand Lodge)
My son: 207804-1 ("Rogar", Grand Lodge)
2) Scenario was #9-19: Clash In Kaimuko Wood
3) Date was May 26th, 2018.

Walter, I'm also missing reporting from David's table (who was indeed amazing!) and can fill in some of the other seats.
3217-15 Bolt Vanderhuge, Grand Lodge
96227-13 Kensaku Rekishi, Scarab Sages
145296-6 Andrietta Ebonfeather, Silver Crusade
I believe I remember a 6th player but unfortunately do not have his information.

I'm rather late to the party, but doing an Audit of all my reporting just now and came across two missing datapoints. I was player at both, but have chronicles.
5/25/18. 1-12: Ashes of Discovery. GM was 36163. Credit should go to 54349-703, Exo-Guardians, 2 Fame. They didn't write an event code, but it was a side-room.
5/27/18. 1-98: Into the Perplexity. Thuston (GM #11) still hasn't reported it. Credit is 54349-701, Wayfinders, 2 Fame. Event 616881.
