Okay, as the thread indicates, I have two questions:
1 Panther Style allows you to make attacks against someone who makes an Attack of Opportunity against you for moving. Say I have a bat or fox with Panther Style, would I get that attack for the Attack of Opportunity from moving into the square to attack? Seems so, but want to check.
And for mounts, they are subject to the same sell for half rule as everything except gems and art, right? Planning an adventure where the PC rescues a baby axebeak, planned on them finding an egg as well, so that they can either sell it or have it raised as a mount for later levels.

Not sure exactly what the cpontext for your first question is. Is it a familiar, animal companion, are you wild shaped or are you an animal? Those answers could actually make a difference,
as for answer two, the buying price for the animals/mounts are usually for a trained, adult one. If you are selling an egg, i would expect that price to be a lot less, as there has been no raising on training yet. If it is hatched but not aged/trained, it should still be significantly cheaper tho more expensive then the egg, as some of the work has been done.
I would suggest a 20% price for an egg, 35% price for hatched, 45% for grown but not trained, 50% for ready to go. and of course the usual haggle percentage increases if your gm, or you, if you are the gm, allows for it (i allow up to 10%)

For your first question, the build in question is something i was theory crafting, either a Kitsune Monk with the Fox Shape feat, or a bat skin changer with the Bat Shape feat.
For the second, the Bestiary entry for axebeaks gives a market price for the egg as 1000 gold, I am looking for confirmation or denial that a PC could sell it for 500 gold.

You may get an attack of opportunity, but you might not have the ability to use it: Foxes have a 0 ft reach, so you need to actually be in your opponent's square to attack, and your opponent's AoO is made BEFORE you complete your action (This is how you can interrupt spell casts or attack someone leaving a threatened square for an unthreatened one).
