Tortured Crusader removes most of the MAD issues with CoI; dex focus with an agile AoMF makes a halfling viable.

Low Con is a risk but lay on hands coupled with high AC should keep me in one piece. With Ring of Ki Mastery I'll have eight smites a day; bronze gongs are 100GP a pop if I ever need more. And

Tortured Crusader is a good mix with the monk stuffs.

I don't see any problem with what you have here.

The Valiant Stand ability and Alone in the Dark/Second Chance abilities seem to mesh well both in benefit and thematically.

Extra Lay on Hands and/or Extra Ki may be of service to you in this build.

I would go 18 dex to sure up your con. Being small already gives you a little bonus to accuracy and ac, but that is me.
