There's a Rogue Talent called Ki Pool that gives you a few points of ki. It lets you spend a point to increase your speed for a round as well as let you use Ninja Tricks that use ki. There's also an Advanced Talent called Unlock Ki that increases your ki pool and use a Skill Unlock you don't have for a minute.

I guess I just find Charisma more useful for Rogues than Wisdom. The only thing I really use Wisdom for is Will saves, Sense Motive and Perception. Charisma lets you use Intimidate, Bluff, Disguise, Use Magic Device and a few other things. Charisma is also good for an intimidate build, which is currently destroying a campaign I am currently playing.

Charisma is the go-to stat-dump for most of my character builds, but Rogues and Ninjas have a use for Charisma. It still might be my stat-dump Ability: you always want a good Will Save. It depends on the character I want to build. It's complicated.
I really like the Ninja Vanishing Trick. Usually though, I plan on being a Ninja that takes a few Rogue Talents rather than on being a Rogue that takes a few Ninja Tricks. In the OP's situation, I might instead of taking the Ki Pool Talent dip a level in Wizard or Arcanist. I like the Arcane Exploit Dimensional Slide: a 10' Teleport that doesn't leave the user Disoriented, so you can pop off the battlefield then pop right in a perfect Flanking Poisition and deliver a Sneak Attack all in the same round. To replace Ninja Vanishing Trick, you just learn the Spell or use a Wand of Vanish. You Vanish on Round 1, then use Stealth to find a good hiding place. Then for the rest of the combat, you use those Cantrips like Jolt, Acid Splash, or Finger of Flame, or maybe even a Wand of Scorching Ray to deliver Ranged Touch Attacks vs. Flatfooted AC that also inflict Sneak Attack Damage using the Rogue Talent False Attacker to make a Bluff Check as a Swift Action each round to stay in your hiding place.
