The shipping method you have selected is $28.55, not $45. You could ship them by standard post and priority mail, but due to the weight and that they are not considered bound printed material they would have to go in several different packages. The shipping rates are correct. The items in your cart come to about 12 pounds, which can be expensive to ship.
Something definitely changed - I looked it at several times yesterday and today, and it always showed as $45. It's now listed as $18.55. Not sure what changed, but thank you!

Same issue here; I'm being told the lowest shipping rate is more than the $59.99 for the bundle.
I had this same issue. It looks like there are two promos that come with the bundle, and for some reason, shipping was being listed 3 times coming out to ~$60. Once I checked out, I am only actually being charged ~$20 for the shipping.
