Dwarf Alternate Racial Traits - Wyrmscourged interpretation

I need some help interpreting the wording for the alternate racial trait for dwarfs called "Wyrmscourged". From the d20PFSRD website:

"Wyrmscourged: Dwarves with this racial trait gain a +1 bonus on attack rolls and a +2 dodge bonus to AC and on saving throws against the extraordinary, supernatural, and spell-like abilities of dragons. They also gain a +2 racial bonus on Knowledge (arcana) checks to identify dragons and can make such checks untrained. This racial trait replaces defensive training, hatred, and stonecunning."

My question is, do I receive the "+1 bonus on attack rolls" always? Like on all of my attack rolls? Or does that "+1 bonus to attack rolls" only apply against "extraordinary, supernatural, and spell-like abilities of dragons"?

Poor choice of wording and no punctuation blurs the meaning of the first part of this alternate trait. Comparing the Hatred racial trait that this replaces, and since it doesn't point out versus creature type (dragon), a dwarf would get a +1 bonus on every attack. Common sense would lead me to believe that this was only meant to be a bonus to attack dragons but it is missing that wording.

Second part calls out a +2 dodge bonus. Which a dwarf with this trait would get to AC and saving throws vs extraordinary, supernatural, and spell-like abilities of dragons.

I think it's meant to grant several bonuses vs Dragons, but it's a grammatical nightmare. It becomes clear what it was supposed to do if you compare it to the Racial Traits you trade out for Wyrmscourged.

+1 bonus to attack rolls vs dragons. (Instead of vs Orcs/Goblins)

+2 Dodge bonus to AC vs dragons. (Instead of +4 Dodge vs Giants)

+2 bonus on saving throws against dragons' abilities.

I mean, who has ever heard of a Dodge bonus to saves?
