Are there 3rd party revised versions of the Pathfinder RPG NPC classes (aka Adapt, Aristocrat, Commoner, Expert, and Warrior)? Like an Aristocrat class that gives the Leadership feat and some ability to bolster followers or access knowledge (like Bardic Lore)? Or a Warrior class with a few bonus combat feats or maybe a few Fighter class abilities? Just wondering about that.

I made a (supposedly) PC-rated Aristocrat called the Noble; I think others exist. Likewise the Expert became the Professional (3.5 version; PF will need a boost).
I replaced the Commoner with the Yeoman (country type, tough as old boots and twice as thick), the Merchant and the Bloke (misc townie). The latter two were hard to make worthwhile without them being too good.
The Adept is rather harder, and depends on what you want to achieve. It covers a lot of ground, and you might as well pick an existing class.

Green Ronin has a Noble class which could be seen as an Aristocrat on steroids. It was reprinted for Pathfinder in, IIRC, the Freeport Companion, and among it's core abilities was a version of Bardic inspiration, a greatly improved option for Aid Other (multiple targets, bigger bonuses), as well as some built in Leadership starting at 1st level.

Not 3rd party, but Phantom Thief Rogue seems like a pretty good PC-class upgrade of the Aristocrat; starting at mid levels, you can also use the Noble Scion prestige class. Wish they had a more working class version of this to use as an upgrade for the Expert.
