Grapple as a Full Attack Action?

Literally, the titles says my question. If, for some reason, it were more advantageous to make a grapple as a Full Attack Actions (Maneuver Master), can it be made as such, the way a single arrow shot or a single sword blow from someone with a BAB lower than +6 can perform those as a Full Attack Action?

Maneuver Master gets one combat maneuver tacked on to a full attack as its version of flurry of blows (more at higher levels). The full attack itself is normal attacks, or one of those maneuvers which can directly replace an attack - disarm, sunder or trip. Not grapple which lacks the language 'You can attempt to disarm your opponent in place of a melee attack.'
