Did i figure these bonuses right and Would this be too much or too little AC for Melee caster hybrid.

Do all these bonuses check out or do any overlap. Dragon Discple with Orc bloodline for Eldrich hertitage.

5 defection bonus from ring
2 natural armor from improved eldrich hertitage(3rd level orc Fearless)

46 total normal with no cover

The dragon disciple and orc bloodline natural armor bonuses overlap I think, all the others should be good.

not quite, the orc bloodline sets the base natural armor to 2, the dragon disciple class feature is an increase so they would stack

Incorrect. The ability lacks any form of wording to indicate that it sets the 'base natural armor' of the character any higher than it already is (which is zero). Fearless and the natural armor increase from Dragon Disciple are both 'natural armor' boosts and fall under this rule.
