Which chaotic evil or chaotic neutral deity would be most opposed to Rovagug?
Which chaotic evil or chaotic neutral deity would be most likely to side with Rovagug?
(I'm getting the party stuck in a multi-sided little war.)
I'm thinking about giving any character with zero spells, SP, or SU abilities a couple of benefits. A +2 on saves vs. magic of any kind and the ability to smell when active magic is used in the area. Seem reasonable? Overpowered? Underwhelming?
Got a PC who wants what is basically a wand of create water. But that isn't on his spell list. He doesn't want to rely on another character or his lousy UMD score. What would you charge for a wand like that?
Thanks for any help or ideas.

Y'know, I feel like Groetus might be the most opposed to Rovagug from the Chaotic Neutral side. o wo He's also a deity of destruction... but only at a specific time. On a fundamental level, he probably doesn't want stuff to end until he does it. XD
On the "side with" side... I got nothin'. Pretty much everyone else wants the universe to keep existing. If we branch over to Neutral Evil, though, the Daemons are nihilists and would probably support the end of everything. XD

Lamashtu to opposed. Rovagug is discribed as one of her three greatest enemys.
Groetus to ally because of their mutual interest in destruction.
A dwarf with a further +2 vs saves could be fairly great but it seems reasonable. I would say give them a short list and they can pick one or two.
Per the Item creation rules 900 or 450 if it has 50 charges. That is create water at CL1 as a command word. I would likely not allow it as it seems to devalue wands but I like a high consumable turnover in my games.
