Zoog's Spellsight vs Invisibility

Rules Questions

My question is does this reveal invisible creatures? It's very vague.
If so, I think its incredibly broken. Especially since it can become a familiar.

Spell Sight (Su)
A zoog’s eyes radiate normal light in a 15-foot cone and increase the light level by one step for an additional 15 feet beyond that area. Any magic effect in this area glows faintly. This glow does not reveal the magic effect’s school or strength. A zoog can quell or renew this light as a swift action.

Reading that, RAW, yes. The square would glow, it wouldn't allow you to pinpoint someone, but would give their position away.

It is only a 15 foot cone so not very game breaking, but it would show magical traps and treasure etc, unless something blocked the light, like almost any material...

Seems like it would reveal the position of magically invisible creatures quite handily, in a similar manner as being hit with faerie fire, though one might not immediately realize that the glowing invisible thing is a creature. Seems useful but not particularly powerful, much less "incredibly broken".

Point of order, this ALSO works for spells like Detect Magic, which is a 60ft cone. Also, a bag of flour.
