Greetings all. Many months back I made a Witch, and am now level 11 with him. I had a tough time choosing between Time and Trickery Patron. I ended up going with Time but now am regretting it, since our Alchemist brews up Haste extracts for our two front liners. I wish I had gone with Avr's suggestion of Trickery at the time (the one and only time I failed to heed his advice, sorry oh wise one). Now I am currently sitting at level 11 with a UMD of 23. This witch is quite powerful, his only weakness is his defense, which Mirror Image would shore up quite nicely. Is the best way at this point for me to acquire a second level wand of mirror image? I currently have 20,126gp. I am constantly under the effect of Overland flight which is very effective, but sometimes enemies fly up to me and try to attack me and do land, but the following round they die to a DC 26 Slumber (after evil eye DC30). If I were ever to take a full attack by a dragon they may be able to one round me.

Slumber hexing flying opponents is rather self defeating, they will fall, take damage, and wake up. They will at least be prone.
If you cannot retrain your Patron then a wand is your best bet although you are reaching the level where mirror image becomes less reliable as more enemies have blindsight or true seeing.

right but there has been some controversy over this in the past, that is why I ask. Controversy over retraining the patron ability.
Well you could always just train to another class then train back to witch with a new patron, so I don't know why the GM wouldn't cut you a break on just retraining the patron.
