Evocation spells with rider effects

Like the title says, do you all known any great evocation spells with additional effects. Such as ear piercing scream with the daze effect. Or frost fall with its stagger for one round. Any other options?

1.
Original snowball spell. Likely errata made this option go away for you though.
Touch of combustion. Fire damage and set on fore.
2.
Burst of radiance. Damage evil and blind or dazzle. (Technically the damage part is the rider)
Frigid touch. Stagger.
Spontaneous immolation
3.
Air geyser. Launch people.
Force punch
Heat stroke
4.
Aggressive thindercloud and fire sphere, greater. Stun or catch fire.
Fireshield protection and hurt attackers
River of wind.

First half of your levels.

Rime spell makes any cold damage spell have a good rider. Shocking/burning/chilling amplification can have similar effects on appropriate spells. Magic missile with toppling spell or battering blast with or without toppling spell are worth noting.

Elemental aura can be useful too.
