Cleric wanting to cast Bloody Tears Jagged Smile

Rules Questions

This spell http://archivesofnethys.com/SpellDisplay.aspx?ItemName=Bloody%20Tears%20and %20Jagged%20Smile
has a requirement of (Szuriel). Do I have to be a follower of his in order to cast it as a Cleric? Or can I add it to my list without it?

You must be a follower of hers, as indicated in Pathfinder Adventure Path #71: Rasputin Must Die!. ^_^

That's a dilly of a pickle

Would getting a scroll of it or a wand and casting it that way be allowed?

Anyone know?

I guess is could actually work that way. But you have to find a follower of her and convince her to put that on a scroll.
Thats hardly a common and purchasable spell and since you are a cleric as well you have to convince a cleric or warpriest of her. (to get a divine scroll)

Good luck with that! And since it is a divine spell that way either YOUR god or Szuriel herself could prohibit you from using it. GM decision.

I have a Witch character in a different campaign I was hoping I could get some scrolls or wand of this. Would that be a problem?

Bloody Tears and Jagged Smile level arcanist 2, cleric/oracle 2, sorcerer/wizard 2, warpriest 2 (Szuriel)

Getting an instance of the spell you can cast may be difficult. GM limits this.

Once you have an instance, you can create a rod of it, at 4 charger per cast, in a single day. A wand would need 3 days, so three instances.

Per the spell, it is only the warpriest that has the Szuriel worshiper as a requirement. Since it is also a sorcerer/wizard spell, it should be readily available.

The easiest way I see getting it is with a Ring of Spell Knowledge II [6,000 gp], III [13,500 gp] or IV [24,000 gp] along with a spontaneous arcane caster that has 2nd level slots. Then you just need to encounter a cast version, and make the UMD check to load it into the ring. From that point until the ring is loaded with another spell, the caster can use it. [Technically, I think anyone can load it but only a spontaneous arcane caster can cast it from the ring.] At this point, it becomes available to add to a spellbook, be made a scroll, or added into a wand.

Because this isn't for PFS (the spell isn't legal in PFS, so I'm assuming this isn't for PFS), you can talk to your DM about somehow making the spell available to you. A +4 bonus to Save DCs of a very rare bonus type is a pretty big deal, but your DM might be willing to accommodate you.

That's not accurate; it appears that way as an artifact of how Archives of Nethys displays deity restrictions on spells. The actual language used in the text says "Her priests have access to the following spells." Like almost all spells that Warpriests can cast, the spell description doesn't explicitly mention Warpriests at all, because Warpriests do not have their own spell list. There is nothing in the language of the text that suggests that the classes that can cast it should be treated any differently from each other in terms of who has access to it.
