TPK - Quest to bring party back to life?

Is there any official and/or community content that has been created (or something that can be adapted) where the souls of the dead party go on a quest that brings them back to life? Had some close calls in some sessions, but would like options to keep the campaign going (1+ year so far) without just handwaiving a reroll, resurrection or deus ex machina.

The bodies were found by an evil orgization that had heard of their exploits. They were raised as living weapon under geas.

Any quest by a Cleric capable of casting the spell that covers the cost is reasonable though could require some members become patrons of the church. Acquiring a relic, killing a blasphemer sorry wise I would have these anger a god of death so there are consequence. The gods most zealous cult seeks to restore balance.

Make up a reason but it should have a heavy story cost.

Maybe you could turn them into petitioners that have to try and escape some weird outsider hunting them.

You can give them class levels if you don't want it that slasher.
