While using Dragon Style, as a standard action you can expend two Stunning Fist attempts to unleash a concussive roar in a 15-foot cone. Creatures caught in the cone take your unarmed strike damage and become shaken for 1d4 rounds. A successful Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 your character level + your Wis modifier) reduces the damage by half and prevents a target from being shaken.

Dragon Roar has Improved Unarmed Strike as a prerequisite. So,

Sure can!

That said, there's no reason to do so if your natural weapon is weaker than your unarmed strike. Therefore, not a great option if you're a monk or brawler.

"While using the selected natural weapon.." i would argue that you are not using your claws when activating dragonroar, and feral combat training does not apply.

16d6 from Carnivorous crystal ooze form and Strongjaw spell. It is a good anti-swarm tactic but usually it is better to full attack.
