Was hoping I could get some confirmation on this one.
Bit of Luck states: You can touch a willing creature as a standard action, giving it a bit of luck. For the next round, any time the target rolls a d20, he may roll twice and take the more favorable result.
Touch of Good states: You can touch a creature as a standard action, granting a sacred bonus on attack rolls, skill checks, ability checks, and saving throws equal to half your cleric level (minimum 1) for 1 round.
So first round I would use Bit of Luck on my enemy and it would take effect at the start of the second round (even if he is last to act in the second round correct)? And secondly on my turn on the second round I could cast Touch of Good on my ally as well so he would get both buffs?

You go first, then it is your target's turn. During your turn, you use bit of luck. During his turn, he has the effects of it. When it's your turn again, the effect ends. Then you use touch of good. Again, he gets the effects for his next turn. Again, when it's your turn, it ends. You never get both buffs.

I see how this is the case for Touch of Good but not for Bit of Luck because it says "For the NEXT ROUND, any time the target rolls a d20, he may roll twice and take the more favorable result". Touch of Good is clearly for the same round.

For the next round is the same as 1 round duration.
