Those links didn’t work, they were not links, had a break in the middle, and went to d20pfsrd which has a history of errors.

So no.

But you can do ex-humanoid undead and the other three. The two don’t perfectly overlap also.

There is at least one more option: A psychic as main class. At level 1 they can learn a phrenic amplification called Will of the Dead, which allow them to affect any undead with mind-affecting spells. So you'd need only serpentine bloodline, and can pick up something like infernal bloodline for +2 on charm DCs. With a lenient GM you can even still pick up enchantment wizard as VMC, it 'just' burns 5 of your feats.
