Is this a witch only hex? Wouldn't mind getting this for my Shaman but since I only get access to one witch hex your kind of forced into getting Slumber.
Second question, are there any spells out there that do the same thing as this hex? This could be potentially very powerful.

Blindness/Deafness does the same effect and more, but Night Blindness is the closest direct equivalent. Both are shaman spells.

Access to one witch hex is already too generous. Tell the shaman to keep its grubby hands off other casters' stuff.
