We're starting a campaign soon at Level 3, and while it's technically unbounded as far as how long it will last, I don't expect we'll get much past 5th or 6th level.
So what has been your favorite class to play at that level? Or alternatively, what have you found to be the most effective? I know those often go hand-in-hand.
I'm not interested in dipping or multiclassing or prestige classing. Just picking one and sticking with it. I'm open to any kind of builds, archetypes, etc. Mostly wanting to know what people have had fun with in the past at those levels.

I have a halfling dragoon fighter 1, sacred huntmaster inquisitor 2 that is one of my favourite level 3 characters. Mounted spirited charge build.
I have a lore warden 1, nature fang druid raptorkin skin walker with the eagle domain that has a lot going for it.
Gnome Evangelist with flagbearer.
Whip based kensai magus. Rime frostbites 1st level spells, second level spells are empowered frostbite. Wand welder true strike, blade lash, and mirror strike really round out the versatility.
Sylvan sorcerer riding a tiger.
Celestial blooded blood conduit bloodrager 1 bounded investigator. Improved grapple, bread for war, student of philosophy, giant ancestry, extra rage. Work toward mutagen and quick study.

Most 3/4 caster classes rock here, they have the same levels of power and durability as the full casters, plus their martial abilities are still relevant.
Honestly, even most martials are done their first stage of coming online at this point.
Full casters are about the only things not "up" at 3-6, but I still love 3-6 as the game is past paper players and before rocket tag levels.
Alchemist is fantastic here; bombs, extracts, mutagen, at decent levels and durations, first discovery + feats are usually in place.
Grenadier archetype is my new favorite for the ability to nova with alchemical weapons +explosive missile +mutagen +archery feats +1 [and optional rider effect] magical bow/crossbow. And you can extract/potion heal out of combat for free/ 1/3 crafting cost.
