Ways to apply templates to summoned monsters

Hey guys,
i wanted to know, how many ways are there to give templates to summoned monsters?
The (more or less) obvious would be:
1) Have an alignment and cast summon monster, so some of them(those with a“*”) get a template which matches your alignment[celestial or fiendish/entropic or resolute]
2) rod of giant summoning [giant]
3)mighty summons (mythic) [agile]

Are there more ways?

Versatile Summon Monsters is a very good one, especially if you're in an aquatic or aerial campaign where you absolutely need your summoned creatures to be environment-appropriate.

The outer rifts domain and shaman patron can add advanced template to summons.

Are you including Summon Nature's Ally? Animal Shaman (druid archetypes) allow you to apply Giant, Advanced, or Young templates by adjusting the spell level.

For the morally centrist, Summon Neutral Monster can summon creatures with the counterpoised template.

The shadow caller (fetchling summoner archetype, ARG) can apply the shadow template to summoned monsters.

The Skeleton Summoner feat (UM) allows you to apply the skeleton template to a summoned monster 1/day. (I created an NPC with this feat for my current campaign. His skeletal aurochs nearly one-shotted one of the squishier PCs, who were still pretty low level at the time.)
