there is an item called mock armor and i'm wondering if there is a similar item for shields

I don't think so, though a Mithral Buckler weighs next to nothing and its only actual drawback is a -1 penalty to attacks made with the arm it's on, even without the Shield Proficiency.

even so still causes you to lose monk ac bonus, i wana have a character that pretends to wear armor and use a shield while actually not having either

Unless it’s for society play it shouldn’t be a problem to make a mock shield to go with your mock armor. If I were your GM I’d probably allow you to have a mock shield as part of the mock armor. Or come up with a reasonable cost/weight and allow you to purchase it separately. 9gp with a weight of 1lb of the top of my head.
