Extra attack with tentacles

Rules Questions

Let's say I'm a lvl 8 druid and I get my second attack now. If I'm wild shaped into an octopus who has 9 attacks already, would I gain a 10th (second bite or tentacle?) with my extra attack that my level grants me? Or does that only work when I'm in normal human form only?

No. You don't gain extra natural weapon attacks from a high base attack bonus.

Quote:
Natural Attacks: Attacks made with natural weapons, such as claws and bites, are melee attacks that can be made against any creature within your reach (usually 5 feet). These attacks are made using your full attack bonus and deal an amount of damage that depends on their type (plus your Strength modifier, as normal). You do not receive additional natural attacks for a high base attack bonus. Instead, you receive additional attack rolls for multiple limb and body parts capable of making the attack (as noted by the race or ability that grants the attacks). If you possess only one natural attack (such as a bite—two claw attacks do not qualify), you add 1–1/2 times your Strength bonus on damage rolls made with that attack.

Ah thank you very much. So its essentially useless for me.

I suppose you could do a full attack with unarmed strikes and add the natural attacks as secondary. But that doesn't seem terribly useful.

Tentacle Attacks are already Secondary Natural Attacks, so he might as well take 2 weapon fighting and make 2 Unarmed Strikes in addition to his Tentacle Attacks. Adding the Unamred Strikes won't demote Secondary Natural Attacks to Tertiary Natural Attacks. It might affect his Bite Attack, but he is getting 2 extra attacks at the cost of making one of them suffer -2 to hit. -2, not -5, since Atalius is almost definitely already taking Multiattack.

3 extra attacks, not 2, you left out his iterative. 3 extra attacks that reduce the attack roll of one attack by 2 and half its str bonus. And that all provoke Attacks of Opportunity. And probably deal 1d4 nonlethal damage. I would say it's a poor choice without further support and probably not recommended for the inexperienced.
