Improved natural attack - Wild Shape

If I have a tusked trait and the improved natural attack feat, does the feat improve my bite attack from wild shape?

If you have Improved Natural Attack, it will work for any Animal Shape you Wildshape into that has a Bite Attack. Tusked does not stack with Wildshape. You should be able to take INA if you have Wild Shape whether or not your have Tusked.
