Okay so here is the ability as written in the Alien Archive for the pc race:
Force Bolt: Witchwyrds can cast magic missile as a
spell-like ability once per day. For every two magic
missiles caught using its absorb force ability, a
witchwyrd can use its force bolt ability an additional
time each day.
So, for every two magic missiles absorbed, do I gain another use of Force Bolt for just that day or does my number of uses per day permanently increase?

To me, it looks like it is permanent RAW, but I would think the RAI is for just that day. If it was permanent I could spend 10 years with my technomancer buddy getting shot at repeatedly by a magic missle.

It takes a free hand and only lasts 6 rounds.
As a reaction, a witchwyrd can use any number of its free hands to catch magic missiles (from the spell of the same name) fired at it. Doing so absorbs the missile and manifests as a glowing nimbus around that hand (which is no longer considered free).
The energy lasts 6 rounds or until it is used to create an additional force bolt

I think RAW it's pretty ambiguous but I think RAI it's clearly one extra time per 2 missiles.
This is how I was reading it but yes the RAW could easily be seen to read as permanent but it seems clear the intent it just gives you one extra time per 2 missiles absorbed. Otherwise it would be pretty easy for a technomancer wytchwyrd to just shoot magic missiles at themselves or each other to over time get basically infinite charges which I am pretty sure is not intended.
