Telekinetic Blast + Wall Infusion

Rules Questions

Considering that aether doesn't create matter for it's blast like the other elements what does the wall infusion for telekinetic blast look like? what is it made of? does it require materials?

"You create a wall of churning elements, flensing debris, or roiling energy."

So, it's probably the flensing debris, but roiling energy may also be an option.

I think it would be made of whatever is basically around that could be telekinetically formed up: dirt, debris, pebbles, leaves, fish, etc.

The ability is supernatural and nothing mentions when it doesn't work (that I can see). So, if you are trapped in a clean vaccuum then maybe you need to stretch out a bit to energy as well.

Silver Crusade

From the way I read it, it was more of a deflector shield and such, like the purple shield walls from Halo, or similar force field. Like an extremely weak Wall of Force.

But really, a completely clean room is something that should almost never exist in Pathfinder. There is always something there, even if you normally don't notice it.

Silver Crusade

Agreed, so that there should always be ammo for the telekineticist, but part of my argument for a forcefield type wall is that it clarifies that aether walls are transparent, along with a few other types, and while you can see through a swirling wall of rocks, I don't think you can argue that it's transparent. All in all, there isn't much of a split in rules for either view, so it's easily able to be left up to the player's preferred description.
