Faceless Enforcer with glamered armor?

Rules Questions

Quote:
A faceless enforcer’s vigilante identity is tied to a particular helmet or face covering and suit of armor. Switching between identities means donning or removing this armored outfit. Switching identities means entirely donning or removing armor (even if it is donned hastily) and never takes less than the minimum amount of time to do so. How long this takes depends on the type of armor. Once per month, the vigilante can replace the helmet or face covering and armor associated with his vigilante identity and buy or make a new outfit that becomes tied to that identity. A faceless enforcer cannot select the immediate change or quick change social talents.
Quote:
Upon command, a suit of glamered armor changes shape and appearance to assume the form of a normal set of clothing. The armor retains all its properties (including weight) when it is so disguised. Only a true seeing spell or similar magic reveals the true nature of the armor when it is disguised.

Is it correct that using glamered to disguise your armor does nothing as you aren't donning or removing the armor? Pretty weird given how glamered is explicitly mentioned in the paragraph directly before this archetype for others to quickly switch between disguises.

Furthermore, the change is as much a state of mind as of body, so items such as a hat of disguise and similar spells and effects that change the user’s appearance do not reduce the time required to change identities.

Apparently it is a mental thing. If you glammer your armor to look like your social persona, your less Bruce Wayne than you are Batman wearing a Bruce Wayne mask.

Yeah, it is rather odd.

He hasn't been any more than Batman wearing a Bruce Wayne mask to do finances for years.

And the really weird thing is stuff like Swift Girding seems to change you just fine.

"Never takes less than"
Your still tied to the 1 minute change, even if you can armor faster.

It's "never takes less than the minimum amount of time to do so". The time needed for "entirely donning or removing armor" is linked to the completion (which has no fixed time), not the speed it's "supposed" to take. It shouldn't work RAI, but it does RAW.

Less than. Nothing says it cannot take more time than donning your armor. It takes a vigilante 1 minute to change identity, Faceless Enforcer says that your change cannot be done in LESS time than it takes you to don or remove armor, it does not say removing your armor faster can REDUCE the time needed to change.

You can further infer this to be the intention from the fact that it specifically bars any quick change talents, and never reduces armor donning times to less than 1 minute.
