How many do they get? I don't have my Bestiary with me and the PRD only says they get a single claw plus their bite. But then they wouldn't qualify for Multiattack?

I think that's a typo, since the racial attributes gives it both a bite and two claw attacks.

The entry is 100% correct. Look at the equipment once: heavy wooden shield. So the one claw attack is taken up with shield meaning it only one claw OR one melee weapon for the other hand/arm.

Now if it drops the shield, it'll get an extra claw. ;)

Funny story about lizardfolk natural attacks : a guy with a sunder build started breaking the weapons of lizardfolk. The creatures then started going claw/claw bite and nearly caused a TPK. My ranged investigator was forced into the front line as the fighters went down.
