"You can take a minor crew action regardless of your current role, but only if no other action was performed this round for the role associated with that minor crew action. A minor crew action can be performed only once per round and doesn’t count as your action."
Can one character take both minor crew actions in a single round, assuming the "no other action for the role" criteria is met?

Interesting, I read that as an individual can only take one minor crew action a round.
So if your job was engineer and you performed the Divert Power action. That was your action for the turn. By the above quote, you can now perform one minor action (as long as another crew member has not performed an action in that phase) so you could either do Glide OR fire but not both.

I do lean toward the one-or-the-other interpretation.
You can take a minor crew action regardless of your current role, but only if no other action was performed this round for the role associated with that minor crew action.
This limits you to only using each once. You can't use glide twice, because that would be two piloting actions.
A minor crew action can be performed only once per round and doesn’t count as your action.
While ambiguous on its own, read in context with the previous sentence this most likely means that each character can only take one minor crew action per round.
