A succubus, as far as I can tell from this:
"The kiss also has the effect of a suggestion spell, asking the victim to accept another act of passion from the succubus."
implies that a willing character will basically willingly drop a level (and probably gain a short-lived profane bonus beforehand as some kind of caress), and then will be chaining saves against the succubus afterwards as she continues suggesting that they engage more.
If you don't make it apparent to the character (and quite possibly even if you do) it's quite likely they are behind doors and will be drained to death without any real notice. Does this sound about right? Given that even a 7th level character who lost 2d6 Charisma and endures a negative level only has to fail ~6 times before they're completely drained, I imagine this is basically an insta-gib if it happens.
Just looking to verify that this is indeed how it *can* work.

I thought this was the whole point of Succubi?

Many thanks for the resounding confirmation. I just wanted to be sure that if a player went that route that it would (if sufficiently set up) be their fault. I mean, what's a little Detect Evil/Chaos when she's not looking going to cost you?

Well, sure. I just wasn't sure if it was meant to be later acts of passion or not. Succubus in pop culture tends to be a woman-demon who slowly drains you. Additionally, the victim tends not to realize it's happening. The Pathfinder succubus is quite proactive in this regard it seems haha, or at least greedy.
Note here: This is why I didn't delve into any non-rules stuff haha
It gets weirder that they call it "acts of passion" when that tends to mean an entire sexual encounter colloquially; where as this is a rapid fire "act of passion act of passion act of passion act of passion act of passion act of passion act of passion" for a bunch of things that are arguably the same act ([b]except[\b] that the participant is likely to want to resist somewhere in there)
Regardless, many thanks for the input

It's called an act of passion for PG-13/story-telling purposes. There is an AP we're playing where it actually refers to this sort of thing in a very clever and unusual (but still funny) manner. Which is both amusing and also gets the concept across.
Point is, I don't think players want to buy a book like Pathfinder for its adult-themed content, nor do I suspect Paizo to make any major/direct references of such in their products.
**EDIT** Can't finish my sentences it seems...

This is why you want to have Protection From Evil up. It 1) gives a bonus to AC and saves vs. evil creatures, 2) prevents the mind control (Suggestion is a compulsion) from working, 3) may stop the Succubus from attacking you with passion.
Deathless armor can also prevent the negative level 25% of the time.
Death Ward grants immunity to the energy drain of the creature.

Yes but that only works if she does not have access to dispell magic spell. She could even be prepared to counteract the effects of freedom of movement spell.
If the succubus manages to summon a babau, this demon has the dispel magic spell-like ability at will.
Usually when a succubus uses her energy drain life kiss ability, her opponent is under the charm effects and this ability she usually uses only when she is alone with her target.
Using that supernatural ability in a battle would be suicide, especially if spellcasters are attacking remotely with damage spells. Let's not forget that the melee classes could also attack her, as she would be very vulnerable to be holding the grapple. Please, do not think that a succubus is silly and weak just because your GM uses it inefficiently. Before using that supernatural ability. A succubus should take care of others do not bother her while she is busy draining levels to her victim.
In addition she could perhaps use a ring of mind shielding to hide her true alignment and thoughts to the opponent. Not to mention that if the victim is under the effects of dispell magic spell, she could have access to the thoughts of her victim even though previously she was protected by spells like mind blank.
