Human alternate racial trait, finishing touch on Witch

Advice

My stats as a Human Witch with +2 mod are:

Str 7
Dex 14
Con 14
Int 20
Wis 11
Cha 7

I was planning on taking the dual talent alternate racial trait, was wondering if this is a bad idea or not, I would put the extra +2 towards Dex for 16 Dex.

Scarab Sages

Keep the Feat, imho.

If you had needed to pump something other than Intelligence primarily (for instance Charisma for a Sorcerer(*)), then Dual Talent becomes a better deal if you use it to add +2 to Intelligence, because you get back the extra skill rank per level that you also trade out (in addition to the Human Bonus Feat) when you get Dual Talent. However, you already have your +2 on Intelligence, so you can't do this, thus making it a less good deal. Still not bad if you know you're really going to have to crank your Dexterity or Constitution just to survive, but not as attractive nevertheless. Since Witches don't get bonus feats, and packing on things like Extra Hex could make your job a lot easier at the beginning, keeping the Human Bonus Feat is a good thing.

(*)Or a Seducer Witch.

if you drop INT to 19 you can have
7
14
14
19
14
7

all racials into INT you end up with the same intelligence but better wisdom. or 10 in wis and 16 in Con or Dex.

I wouldn't typically dump CHA and STR but if you're setting on doing so I think you can make some more fruitful ability score investments.
