Okay-running a mythic campaign-the group has achieved mythic status tier 3.
One of the players found some demons blood and developed a "taste" for it. He is LN.
He was cured of the "taste" when the group intervened. But he keeps coming back to the demons blood and partaking of it willingly.
I am wondering if there should be some kind of repercussions mythic wise of his continued drinking of demons blood....
Atonement?
What are your thoughts?

I was gonna say "Start with Mythic Solutions", but...
Basically, I think you should talk to the player and ask them what their goal of doing this is, then try to accommodate that if it makes sense for their game. If they're trying to be disruptive, that's a problem - but if they're going for more of a serious plot, or trying to have fun with something, it's usually best to try and work that into the campaign.

It sounds like the PC could find out that he has a demonic, devilish, or vampiric bloodline.
Anyhow, is the blood from dead demons, or is a living fiend letting the PC drink its blood to infuse him with Chaos and Evil? If the latter that seems like it could be more interesting to me. Maybe there could be a succubus named Honeyblood (or something slightly more subtle) who tries to corrupt the fellow. She could give him a profane bonus etc. If she could cast Undetectable Alignment and used her disguise abilities the party might not realize what she is.
Perhaps you could kind of give the PC the equivalent of a free Leadership feat with the succubus as the cohort (or ask if the player is interested in taking Leadership or the Mythic ability which grants a cohort). On the other hand it could be something less permanent or maybe a nastier sort of demon for the party to confront and defeat.
My mythic PC was originally CG. He found a telepathic Pit Fiend skull which was needed to unlock a Mythic treasure vault (long story) and decided to wear it as a helmet (even longer story). It whispered dark secrets to him, urged him to kill, and made him very deceitful (max ranks in Bluff with an extra +10 bonus). Eventually the party managed to get the thing off him in an anti-magic zone, but his alignment had more or less "evened out" at Neutral.

What you're talking about sounds a lot like this.
There's also the slightly less powerful version, just called demon blood.
The repercussion for both of those is addiction, with some added nastiness for shadowblood including increased vulnerability to being possessed by demons. Maybe a good starting point, with increased consequences (maybe alignment shift) if he keeps it up?

To expand on it: The character is a tiefling monk that has achieved mythic along with the others in the group...Being a tiefling he decided he would experiment with the blood when they found it---and now they are getting close to achieving another tier in mythic....Im thinking he is going to be tempted to the darkside by a demon much like one of the characters was in the pathfinder novel The Worldwound Gambit..
He doesn't seem like he is going to get off the juice anytime soon....lol
